04 Deposits & Payments

w786 supports PKR deposits through the following payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, direct Bank Transfer, bank debit and credit cards, and other approved mobile wallets. All deposits are processed in PKR and credited to your account in PKR.

• You may only deposit funds using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly not permitted.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts may apply depending on the payment method selected. These limits are displayed at the time of deposit.
• w786 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Deposits are generally credited to your account within a few minutes. Delays caused by third-party payment processors are outside our control.
• w786 reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership before processing withdrawals from an account where third-party funding is suspected.

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your w786 account are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to the conditions set out below. All withdrawals are paid in PKR.

• You must complete any applicable verification requirements before your first withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals can be requested via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast or Bank Transfer. The available options depend on your deposit history.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are shown at the time of the withdrawal request.
• Most withdrawals to JazzCash and Easypaisa are processed the same day. Bank transfers may take one to three business days depending on your bank.
• w786 does not charge withdrawal fees from our side. Your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges.
• Withdrawals of bonus funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements being met in full before the request can be approved.
• w786 reserves the right to perform additional security checks before approving any withdrawal. This may delay processing in some cases, but it protects all account holders.

If a withdrawal is declined, you will be notified with a reason. Common reasons include unmet wagering requirements, pending verification documents or a mismatch between the withdrawal method and the deposit source.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

w786 offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins and sports betting promotions. Each offer carries its own specific terms, which are published alongside the promotion. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless stated otherwise:

• Each bonus may only be claimed once per player, per household and per IP address unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonuses must be wagered a specified number of times before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The exact wagering requirement is stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus. Unused bonus funds expire at the end of the validity period and are removed from your account automatically.
• Certain game types may contribute differently — or not at all — towards bonus wagering requirements. The contribution breakdown is specified in individual promotion terms.
• w786 reserves the right to cancel any bonus and associated winnings if we determine that the bonus was claimed in bad faith, through duplicate accounts or by exploiting a technical error.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash equivalent unless the wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.

07 Betting Rules

Sports betting on w786 covers cricket including PSL, T20 internationals, ODIs and Test matches, as well as football, esports and other available markets. The following rules apply to all bets placed on the platform:

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled by the player.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets. These are shown on the betting interface before you confirm a wager.
• w786 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market where a clear pricing error has occurred. In such cases, the stake is returned to your account.
• If a sporting event is postponed or abandoned, bets will be settled in accordance with standard rules for that sport. Details are available in the sport-specific betting rules section of the platform.
• Live in-play betting odds move quickly. Once you confirm a bet at displayed odds, you accept the risk that those odds may shift before or during the event.
• w786 reserves the right to limit the maximum winnable amount on any single bet or within a defined period, at our discretion, without prior notice.
• Bets placed with funds obtained through bonus abuse, multi-accounting or any fraudulent activity will be voided.

08 Casino & Game Rules

The w786 casino includes live dealer games, slots, table games and fish games. All casino games are governed by the rules displayed within each individual game interface. The following general rules apply across all casino products:

• All game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation or by live dealer procedures, as applicable. w786 does not manipulate game results.

• Technical failures during a game session — such as disconnections — are handled according to each game's provider rules. In most cases, the game is settled at the point where the disconnection occurred if the round was already in progress.

09 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the w786 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance and possible legal action where applicable:

• Creating more than one account per person, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any third-party tools to place bets, access games or perform any account activity.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any poker, live casino or other competitive game format.
• Exploiting known bugs, software glitches or errors in the platform for financial gain. Any winnings derived from a known or suspected error will be voided.
• Attempting to launder money or process funds obtained from illegal activity through the w786 platform.
• Making chargebacks or payment disputes through your bank or payment provider without first raising the matter with w786 support. Fraudulent chargebacks will be investigated and may result in legal proceedings.
• Providing false personal information during registration or during a verification request.
• Attempting to access another player's account without their authorisation.

10 Responsible Gaming
